Refunds & Exchange Policy

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEMS UPON RECEIPT. The Ready to Pop Shop strives to make sure customers are happy and will do our best to fix any problems you notice with your order. If you are not happy with the product you received, please send an email to readytopopstore@gmail.com.

MISSING or INCORRECT ITEMS
If you notice your order is incorrect or missing items, please contact us immediately at readytopopstore@gmail.com. If time is willing, missing or correct items will be shipped the next day and should arrive within 1-3 business days. If missing items cannot be delivered in time, you will be offered a refund for the items not received. Incorrect items can be returned for a full refund*.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us readytopopstore@gmail.com. In most cases you can return your item for a full refund*.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items can be returned up to 30 days upon receipt for a full refund*. After 30 days we will no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

HANDMADE ITEMS ARE PARTIALLY REFUNDABLE due to the time it takes us to make these items. 80% of the purchase price will be refunded*. For example, if your hand-made favor box order is $100, then you will receive a refund of $80.

THE FOLLOWING ARE NON REFUNDABLE:
*Custom favor boxes, labels, tags, etc. are non-refundable once they have been completed.Why? We are unable to use these items for another customer.
*Digital items once they have been emailed. Why? Buyer has already received the product and we cannot guarantee it won't be used.
*Sale and clearance items
*Shipping fees

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected you will receive an email with the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. PLEASE BE ADVISED IT CAN TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS FOR YOUR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at readytopopstore@gmail.com.

SHIPPING
You are responsible for both purchasing and return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend you return your order in the same type package it was delivered and purchase tracking for insurance. Ready to Pop Shop has the right to refuse refund for items lost or damaged in the mail.
